Why I do what I do—

After a decade of spinning too many plates in London’s start-up scene, facing constant stress and job instability in high-pressure environments—my declining health made me hungry for change.

Qualified as an AfN Cert Level 4 nutrition consultant to align my career with my passion obsession with food.

Today—

I help women build their legacies without sacrificing their health to do it so they can step back and enjoy the process. My approach is science-backed over trends, choosing to empower through education, and meeting my clients where they’re at with realistic, simple suggestions and changes.

And beyond On Her Plate—

I’m a leap year baby, a Pisces and Manifestor, a natural advice giver, glass half full, introverted extrovert, coffee snob (flat white gal), would rather be floating in a pool in a villa somewhere hot, cats over dogs, city mouse (grew up in London), classic millennial, and while On Her Plate is my business baby, Max is my actual baby.
